Ashley Mancinelli has been an associate with Severn, O’Connor & Kresslein, P.A since 2007. She grew up in Delaware and moved to Frederick in 2004. Currently, Ashley concentrates her practice on zoning, land use, and real estate.

Prior to coming to Severn, O’Connor & Kresslein, P.A., Ashley was an associate with Day and Schiszik where she specialized in the areas of domestic law and civil litigation. Before entering private practice, she served as the Director of Legal Services for Heartly House, Inc., a non-profit organization serving survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and child abuse. While in Delaware, Ashley worked for MBNA America Bank, N.A. in various areas of banking, including credit and consumer lending.
