Danny B. O’Connor is a Principal of Severn, O’Connor & Kresslein, P.A. and has been a member of the Maryland Bar since 1981. He is a seasoned A-V rated trial attorney, actively engaged in civil trial practice in courts throughout the State of Maryland. He has served as lead counsel in numerous multi-million dollar private and public sector litigation cases and arbitrations, including lawsuits arising out of building collapses and building defects, claims for construction changes, delays and disruption, commercial contract disputes, personal injury claims, and other complex commercial and construction litigation cases.
In addition to his litigation services, Danny regularly serves as general counsel to his commercial and construction industry clients, providing advice on a wide range of subjects, such as contract negotiation and formation, risk management, employment law, alternative dispute resolution, and other corporate management issues.
Danny also has a very active mediation practice, having served as a mediator in hundreds of mediations since 1994. He has been certified as a mediator by the Circuit Courts of Frederick County and Washington County.
