Frank R. Goldstein became Of Counsel to Severn, O’Connor and Kresslein, P.A. in 2011, after a distinguished career as a partner in the DC offices of Sidley Austin LLP and Piper & Marbury (now DLA Piper), where he was a founding partner of the Washington Office. He is one of the country’s best-known corporate lawyers having represented national and international firms in securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. He has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Business Week, and other financial publications and has appeared on CNN as an authority on corporate issues.
Frank chaired the DC Corporate Code Revision Project which worked with the DC Council to enact changes to the DC Corporation Code and he chaired committees of Maryland lawyers which drafted Maryland’s version of the Limited Partnership and Limited Liability Company statutes. It is expected that Frank will continue his national practice, will also represent Frederick area companies and individuals in a variety of business law matters, and will participate as a mediator in business disputes.
