Ian P. Bartman is an associate of Severn, O'Connor & Kresslein, P.A. He primarily works on commercial litigation matters with Danny O’Connor, but also assists David Severn, Robert Kresslein, and Paul Rose.

Upon graduating from law school, Ian spent one year as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable John H. Tisdale, a judge of the Circuit Court for Frederick County. While attending the University of Baltimore School of Law, he served as a teaching assistant for two courses in legal analysis, research, and writing, and staff editor for the University of Baltimore Law Forum. Prior to being admitted to the Bar, Ian’s employment history included experience as a public school teacher and public relations manager.
